[Asia Economy Reporter Moon Hyewon] On the 17th, Kyochon Chicken announced the opening of its To go (special tourist area) store, ‘I-Park Condo Branch.’
The I-Park Condo Branch is located on the first floor of the tower-type I-Park Condo operated by HDC Hyundai Development Company near Seoraksan in Goseong-si, Gangwon-do.
This location has an area of about 70 pyeong including the kitchen and hall, offering chicken menu items such as Kyochon’s signature Honey Original, Honey Combo, Cheese Truffle Boneless, and Salsal Chicken, as well as various side menus like twisted doughnuts, wedge potatoes, cheese balls, and chili potatoes to customers.
Additionally, three types of craft beer cans (Geumgangsan, Baekdusan, Kyochon Chimaek) and draft beer (Hallasan), which perfectly complement chicken, will also be sold.
The I-Park Condo is situated in an area with many famous tourist attractions such as Sokcho Beach and Seoraksan, making it a popular spot among travelers. It is also highly favored as a family resort with various amenities including a sauna and swimming pool within the condo.
Next year, with plans for remodeling the I-Park Condo itself and the upcoming Gangwon World Forest Expo and various international events to be held in Gangwon-do, it is expected that many tourists will visit the I-Park Condo.
Meanwhile, Kyochon Chicken’s To go stores are a new concept targeting special commercial districts and environments such as resorts and beaches, providing popular Kyochon menu items conveniently by considering mobility, convenience, and ease of cooking.
