The government is selecting target companies for the ‘National Representative Innovative Companies 1000’ project, which supports 1,000 innovative companies with 40 trillion KRW in policy financing over three years.
Alpha Holdings emphasized its capabilities in system semiconductor design and design services, which are expected to gain attention alongside the growth of the system semiconductor market, including the IR Receiver, which was selected as a world-class product in 2019 in the system semiconductor field.
Companies selected as innovative companies receive financial support benefits through financial support guidelines. Support is provided according to the funding needs, considering the innovativeness and technological capabilities of the selected companies. Innovative companies requiring credit enhancement can use loans through guarantees. Additionally, investments are supported for selected companies by utilizing policy-type New Deal funds, Innovation Solution funds, Korea Development Bank, and direct investments from Growth Finance.
A company official said, “Being selected as an innovative company hosted by government ministries certifies our future growth potential,” adding, “The existing system semiconductor fabless business, IR Receiver, is expected to see performance growth next year.” He further added, “The system semiconductor design and design house business is expected to expand sales due to new client influence.”
