HDC Hyundai Development Company announced on the 10th that it will sell residential officetels 'Cheongna International City I-Park' in C17-1-1BL, Cheongna International City, Incheon Free Economic Zone.

The officetel complex consists of a total of 1,020 units in two buildings, ranging from 24 to 84㎡ in exclusive area, spanning from 6 basement floors to 42 above-ground floors. It is designed mainly with two-room types preferred by consumers, and some types feature specialized designs that maximize space utilization, such as dressing rooms and terraces.

The layout is primarily south-facing to maximize natural light and ventilation. The complex is designed without cars on the ground level to ensure pedestrian safety. Additionally, landscaping spaces such as terrace gardens and green plazas are created throughout the complex to maximize residential comfort, and community facilities like fitness centers and GX rooms for residents will also be provided.

It is adjacent to Hana Financial Town and Cheongna Medical Complex Town, which are considered key development projects in Cheongna International City. The Cheongna International City Station, the starting point of the recently accelerated Line 7 Cheongna extension, is also within walking distance.

Cheongna International City Station, which has emerged as a triple transit hub, is also accessible on foot. Currently, Cheongna International City Station serves the Airport Railroad and is confirmed to be directly connected to Line 9. Furthermore, the basic plan for the Line 7 Cheongna extension has been completed and construction is scheduled to begin within the year. Once the Line 7 Cheongna extension opens, travel time from Cheongna International City Station to Seoul Express Bus Terminal Station is expected to be reduced by 20 to 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, Cheongna International City I-Park is a residential officetel, and anyone aged 19 or older can apply nationwide without needing a subscription savings account. There are no restrictions on re-winning or mandatory residence requirements. Compared to apartments, there are relatively fewer loan regulations.

Applications will be accepted on the 16th (Thursday) and 17th (Friday) via the subscription home website, with winners announced on the 22nd (Wednesday), followed by official contracts from the 23rd to the 25th. The expected move-in date is July 2025.
