Ministop Launches Limited Edition Seafood Fish Cake Bar... "70% Surimi Content for a Distinctive Taste" On the 9th, Ministop will launch the popular highway rest area product, 'Seafood Fish Cake Bar,' as a limited edition item for the year-end and New Year season.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chun-han] Ministop announced on the 9th that it will release the popular highway rest area product, 'Haemul Eomuk Bar,' as a limited edition product for the year-end and New Year season.


The Haemul Eomuk Bar features approximately 20% increased weight compared to the existing Eomuk Bar products, and uses more than 70% surimi made from high-quality fish meat such as pollack and chewy squid, providing a satisfying chewy texture. Additionally, finely chopped vegetables are added inside to enjoy a crispy texture, offering a more luxurious texture and flavor than typical Eomuk Bars available in the market.


A Ministop official stated, "Ministop's Eomuk Bar is a steady seller that customers consistently seek due to its excellent product quality," and added, "We expect a positive response to the newly launched Haemul Eomuk Bar, which has been improved in both quantity and quality."
