Yongin Hospital Maintenance Foundation Selected as 'Best Public Health Medical Institution' for 2 Consecutive Years

[Asia Economy (Yongin) = Reporter Lee Young-gyu] The Medical Corporation Yongin Hospital Maintenance Foundation (Chairman Lee Hyo-jin) has been selected as the Best Public Health Medical Institution for two consecutive years.

The Yongin Hospital Maintenance Foundation announced on the 9th that Yongin Hospital, a Gyeonggi-do Senior Specialized Hospital operated under consignment from Gyeonggi-do, was selected as the "Best Public Health Medical Institution" this year following last year in the "Public Health Medical Plan Implementation Result Evaluation" recently conducted by the Ministry of Health and Welfare.

In this evaluation, the Yongin Hospital Maintenance Foundation, as the consigned operator, scored 94.7 out of 100 points in four areas, significantly exceeding the group average (75.4 points), receiving recognition for excellence from the government.

The Yongin Hospital Maintenance Foundation operates under consignment the country's only "WHO Collaborating Center for Psychosocial Rehabilitation and Community Mental Health," as well as the Yongin City Mental Health Welfare Center, Woorijip Facility, Ieum Facility, and other public health medical and social reintegration facilities.
