2021 Individual Official Land Price Workshop Presentation - Choi Yonghun, Outstanding Award
[Yeosu=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters, Reporter Sim Kyung-taek] Yeosu City in Jeollanam-do won the Excellence Award at the ‘2021 Individual Official Land Price Workshop’ hosted by Jeollanam-do on the 2nd.
At the workshop, Choi Yong-hoon, an official from Yeosu City’s Civil Complaints and Cadastral Division, received high praise from the judges for his research on “Improvement Plans for Efficient Investigation of Land Characteristics in Individual Official Land Prices and Individual Housing Prices.”
The Individual Official Land Price Workshop is held annually to foster a culture of research and discussion for rational land price calculation, and to explore development plans for individual official land prices through research presentations and Q&A sessions. This year, it was conducted online to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
Additionally, Gu Se-in, an official from the Civil Complaints and Cadastral Division who worked hard on the accurate investigation of the 2021 individual official land prices, received a commendation from the Governor of Jeollanam-do.
Meanwhile, Yeosu City is recognized as a leading institution in land administration, having won awards in three categories (land administration, road name address, individual official land price) at the Jeonnam-do hosted research presentation contest this year, as well as the highest award in the 2020 land administration evaluation.
