GS Retail Appoints Virtual Human 'Rozy' as Exclusive Model to Strengthen Communication with MZ Generation On the 8th, GS Retail signed an exclusive model contract with the virtual human 'Rozy'.

[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Chunhan] GS Retail announced on the 8th that it has signed an exclusive model contract with the virtual human 'Rozy'.


GS25 plans to strengthen communication with the MZ generation (Millennials + Generation Z) by delivering various messages beyond time and space through Rozy at nationwide stores and on social networking services (SNS).


The main campaign message GS25 will launch next year is "Always" and "Anywhere." It will showcase GS25's image of being with the MZ generation of that time in the past and present, diversified into vintage and futuristic images, throughout the first half of the year. On the official Instagram, Rozy's appearances crossing past and present will be featured.


Oh Jinseok, Vice President of GS Retail, said, "This exclusive model contract is the first of its kind in offline distribution channels," adding, "We will do our best to expand empathy with the MZ generation and secure a higher level of competitiveness by conducting future-oriented marketing with Rozy."
