Korea National Health Insurance Service Busan-Ulsan-Gyeongnam Headquarters Sponsors 15 Million KRW for 'Hello Seniors' Project The National Health Insurance Service Busan Ulsan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters is taking a commemorative photo after the social contribution fund delivery ceremony for 'Hello Seniors' at Saha District Office.


[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] The National Health Insurance Service Busan Ulsan Gyeongnam Regional Headquarters donated a fund of 15 million won to Saha District Office.


The regional headquarters announced on the 7th that on the 6th, a social contribution fund delivery ceremony was held at Saha District Office for the 2022 ‘Annyeonghaseyo Eoreusin (Hello Seniors) Project.’


This project is an initiative by the National Health Insurance Service to strengthen the human safety net by providing customized services in connection with local resources.


In this project, Saha District delivers health drinks to elderly living alone in the district and checks their health condition. If any unusual situation occurs with the elderly living alone, prompt action is taken.


The National Health Insurance Service Busan Saha Branch provides customized services such as guiding high-risk seniors to apply for the Long-Term Care Insurance for the Elderly through this project.


The ‘Annyeonghaseyo Eoreusin’ project is currently being implemented starting from Saha District in Busan, and also in Buk District of Busan and Jinju City in Gyeongnam.


Jang Su-mok, the head of the headquarters, said, “The Busan, Ulsan, and Gyeongnam headquarters will discover blind spots in care and provide customized care services to help the local community coexist.”
