Dongtan Station Herium Central is located within the Munhwa Design Valley on three blocks of Dongtan general commercial land (Blocks 9-4, 9-5, and 15-1). It consists of three buildings from basement level 4 to ground level 10, with a total of 450 units ranging from 59 to 72㎡ in exclusive area.

A development project is also underway to underground the 1.21 km section between Giheung-Dongtan Interchange and Dongtan Junction on the Gyeongbu Expressway.
