‘Tangjeong Station Yemiji’ and 36 Nationwide Subscription Sites

Model Houses Opened at 6 Locations Nationwide Including ‘St. Regis Yeondong’
In the second week of December, subscription applications for more than 20,000 housing units will begin at 36 locations nationwide. As housing complexes that announce resident recruitment notices from January next year are also subject to down payment loan regulations, construction companies are accelerating their sales.
According to Real Today, a real estate research firm, a total of 22,197 units (including officetels, public sales, preliminary public sales, and publicly supported private rentals, excluding Happy Housing) will start sales.
Prime complexes are also preparing for subscription in non-regulated local areas with fewer subscription and loan restrictions. This is interpreted as a result of the early implementation of the borrower-based DSR expansion, which was advanced from July to January next year according to the 'Strengthened Household Debt Management Plan' announced by the Financial Services Commission in October.
In the Chungcheong region, Asan City's 'Tangjeong Station Yemiji' and 'Dangjin Prugio Clater' will accept subscription applications. In the Gyeongsang region, 'Pohang Hanshin The Hue Pentacity' will start sales. Since these are supplied in non-regulated areas, a lottery system applies with a 60% ratio for exclusive areas of 85㎡ or less and 100% for those exceeding 85㎡, allowing applicants with low scores to have a chance of winning.
Additionally, subscription applications for the '3rd Preliminary Subscription' in high-interest areas such as Gwacheon Juam, Hanam Gyosan, and Yangju Hoecheon are underway. From the 6th to 7th, applications will be accepted from first-priority general supply residents of the respective areas, and from the 8th to 9th, from residents of Gyeonggi Province and the metropolitan area.
Model houses are scheduled to open at six locations, including 'Gimcheon Prugio The First' in Gimcheon, Gyeongbuk, and 'St. Regis Yeondong' officetel in Yeondong, Jeju. Winner announcements will be made at 16 locations including 'Hillstate The Unjeong,' and contracts will proceed at 17 locations including 'Daejeon Doan Central I-Park.'
On the 7th, Geumseong Baekjo will accept first-priority subscription applications for the post-sale apartment 'Tangjeong Station Yemiji' supplied in block 2-A3 of the Asan Tangjeong housing development district in Chungnam. It consists of 8 buildings from basement level 1 to a maximum of 32 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 102㎡, totaling 791 units, scheduled for move-in in November next year. Tangjeong Station on Seoul Subway Line 1 is within walking distance. Since the price ceiling system applies, the sale price is set lower than the surrounding market price, attracting high interest from buyers.
On the 9th, Hanshin Engineering will accept first-priority subscription applications for 'Pohang Hanshin The Hue Pentacity' built in blocks A2 and A4 of the Technology Convergence District Pentacity in Heunghae-eup, Buk-gu, Pohang, Gyeongbuk. It consists of 15 buildings from basement level 3 to 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 84 to 99㎡, totaling 2,192 units. KTX Pohang Station is located nearby, and access to Daegu-Pohang Expressway and Ulsan-Pohang Expressway is convenient via Pohang IC and Seonggok IC. Schools such as Daljeon Elementary and Pohang Arts High School are also close.
On the 10th, Daewoo Construction plans to open the model house for 'Gimcheon Prugio The First,' built in 482-1 Bugok-dong, Gimcheon, Gyeongbuk. It consists of 8 buildings from basement level 2 to a maximum of 28 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 74 to 99㎡, totaling 703 units. It is expected to have access to two high-speed rail stations, KTX Gimcheon Station (planned) and Gimcheon-Gumi Station, and is close to Gimcheon Station on the Gyeongbu Line and Gimcheon IC on the Gyeongbu Expressway.
On the same day, the model house for the officetel 'St. Regis Yeondong,' located at 276-1 Yeondong, Jeju City, and three other parcels, will open. It consists of one building from basement level 4 to 15 floors above ground, with exclusive areas ranging from 44 to 84㎡, totaling 140 units, designed as small to medium-sized units including terrace types. Within a 1 km radius, convenient living infrastructure such as Nohyeong Five-way Intersection commercial district, Shilla Duty-Free Shop, E-Mart, Lotte Mart, Nohyeong Academy District, and Jeju Halla Hospital are available. It also has excellent transportation networks with easy access to Jeju International Airport and multiple national roads nearby.
