LH to Supply a Total of 2,351 Sale and Rental Housing Units Nationwide This Month Bucheon Goean B-1 Block Complex Bird's-eye View.


Korea Land and Housing Corporation (LH) announced on the 5th that it will issue tenant recruitment notices for a total of 2,351 households across five complexes nationwide this month.


The housing supplied this month includes △193 public sale units △1,860 national rental units △298 permanent rental units, and will be supplied in Gyeonggi-do, Chungcheongnam-do, Jeollanam-do, and Gyeongsangnam-do.


The ‘Newlywed Hope Town’ is a public housing complex specialized for newlywed couples optimized for childcare, featuring specialized designs such as △on-site daycare centers, △indoor playgrounds, △shared childcare rooms, and △after-school care classrooms, creating a child-friendly environment.


Applicants must be newlywed couples (married within 7 years or with children under 6 years old) or prospective newlyweds residing in the metropolitan area as of the announcement date, must be members of a household without home ownership, have been subscribed to tenant savings (comprehensive housing subscription savings, subscription savings) for at least 6 months, have paid monthly installments at least 6 times, and meet income and asset criteria.


‘Bucheon Goean B1 Block’ is a Newlywed Hope Town located in Goean-dong, Bucheon-si, Gyeonggi-do, consisting of △193 public sale units and △96 Happy Housing units, totaling 289 households. Among these, tenant recruitment notices for the 193 public sale units are scheduled for the end of December.


This complex is adjacent to Guro-gu, Seoul, offering excellent accessibility to southwestern Seoul and is close to Yeokgok Station on Subway Line 1, providing superior transportation conditions. Additionally, it is a school district complex with an elementary school located within 100 meters.


The supplied housing units are 55㎡ in exclusive area, and after the tenant recruitment notice at the end of December, the schedule is △subscription application (January 2022) △winner announcement (January 2022) △contract signing (April 2022).


‘National Rental Housing’ is supplied to members of households without home ownership who meet income and asset requirements, offering affordable rental conditions at 60-80% of market prices, with a maximum residence period of 30 years.


Applicants must be members of households without home ownership as of the announcement date, with a monthly average income of 70% or less of the household size income standard (4.36 million KRW for households of three or fewer), total asset value of 292 million KRW or less, and vehicle value of 34.96 million KRW or less.


In particular, △senior citizens aged 65 or older △persons with disabilities △newlywed couples △eligible single-parent families can receive priority supply.


‘Permanent Rental Housing’ is supplied to national merit recipients, basic livelihood security recipients, and others who reside in the relevant area and meet the criteria of no home ownership, income, and assets, offering rental conditions at about 30% of market prices, with a maximum residence period of 50 years.


Applicants must be members of households without home ownership as of the announcement date, with total asset value of 215 million KRW or less and vehicle value of 34.96 million KRW or less, and meet income criteria according to eligibility. Additionally, △national merit recipients △basic livelihood security recipients who are newlywed or prospective newlywed couples can apply for priority supply.


‘Gyeonggi Yeoncheon 2 Block’ is located at 860 Oksan-ri, Yeoncheon-eup, Yeoncheon-gun, Gyeonggi-do, with tenant recruitment notices scheduled for the 23rd.


The supplied housing consists of 140 national rental units (△29㎡ type 42 units △33㎡ type 14 units △46㎡ type 40 units △54㎡ type 44 units).


This complex is a national rental housing tailored to local demand, reflecting the opinions of the local government, with 31% of the supply allocated to small and medium enterprise workers and 8% to multi-child families as priority supply.


Yeoncheon Station on Subway Line 1 near the complex is scheduled to open in December 2022, coinciding with the move-in date, and the Yeoncheon Public Bus Terminal is within walking distance, providing excellent transportation conditions. Within a 1 km radius are elementary, middle, and high schools, Yeoncheon County Office, Uijeongbu District Court Yeoncheon Branch, public sports stadium, and Sureul Art Hall, offering convenient living infrastructure.


The recruitment schedule is △announcement (December 23) △application and reception (January 5-7, 2022) △winner announcement (April 28, 2022), with move-in planned for December 2022.


‘Taean Pyeongcheon 3’ is a mixed national and permanent rental complex located at 740 Pyeongcheon-ri, Taean-eup, Taean-gun, Chungcheongnam-do, with an announcement scheduled for December 24.


The supplied housing consists of 474 national rental units (△29㎡ type 240 units △37㎡ type 70 units △46㎡ type 164 units) and 268 permanent rental units of 24㎡ type.


Adjacent to National Road 32, it offers good access to nearby cities such as Seosan and Dangjin, with living conditions well established including Taean County Office and elementary, middle, and high schools within a 1 km radius. Additionally, the Korean Western Power headquarters and two industrial complexes are located within 5 km, providing the advantage of proximity to workplaces.


The recruitment schedule is △announcement (December 24) △application and reception (early to mid-January) △winner announcement (early April), with move-in planned for the second half of 2023.
