[Asia Economy Reporter Yoon Dong-joo] On the 3rd, Yoon Seok-yeol, the presidential candidate of the People Power Party, entered the central party office in Yeouido, Seoul. As the conflict with Representative Lee Jun-seok deepens, Candidate Yoon called in Secretary-General Kwon Seong-dong, Chief Spokesperson Lee Yang-su, Policy Chief Won Hee-ryong, and Public Relations Director Jo Su-jin to discuss countermeasures.

Following advice from Assemblyman Hong Joon-pyo the previous day, he planned to go to Jeju to meet Representative Lee, but the trip was canceled as they could not secure Lee's schedule.

Representative Lee Jun-seok's side expressed displeasure, stating that Candidate Yoon never officially requested a meeting, and that the media reports came first.
