'Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent' Night View Perspective

Daewoo E&C is opening the model house for 'Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent,' being developed in the area of 430-4 Hyomok-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, and will start sales on the 3rd.

The complex will consist of 13 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 16 floors above ground, with a total of 794 units and exclusive areas ranging from 78㎡ to 112㎡. By exclusive area, there are △138 units of 78㎡ △517 units of 84㎡ △139 units of 112㎡. The average sale price is 16.38 million KRW per 3.3㎡.

Applications will be accepted starting with special supply on Monday, December 13, followed by first priority on Tuesday and Wednesday, December 14-15, and second priority on Thursday, December 16. The announcement of winners will be on Thursday, December 23, and the official contracts will be conducted from Monday, January 3 to Wednesday, January 5. Move-in is scheduled for July 2024.

The complex is within walking distance of Dongdaegu Station Complex Transfer Center, which provides access to Daegu Subway Line 1, KTX, SRT, and Dongdaegu Terminal.

Since Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent is supplied in a regulated area, a portion of the units are allocated by lottery, allowing applicants with low subscription scores to have a chance to own a home.

For units with exclusive areas of 85㎡ or less (△138 units of 78㎡ △517 units of 84㎡), 75% are allocated by point system and 25% by lottery. For units exceeding 85㎡ (△139 units of 112㎡), 30% are allocated by point system and 70% by lottery. Therefore, applicants with low subscription scores can aim to own not only national housing-sized units but also medium to large-sized units.

The eligibility criteria for first priority applicants require that, as of the announcement date of the resident recruitment, applicants must reside in Daegu or Gyeongbuk, have been subscribed to the subscription savings account for more than 24 months, and have made at least 24 payments or have a subscription deposit exceeding the standard amount. The subscription deposit must be paid up to the announcement date with the required amount according to the exclusive area.

A Daewoo E&C official stated, "Not only does the complex have a location that fully enjoys the lifestyle premium of Dongdaegu Station, but it is also a Prugio brand complex that integrates innovative design and product composition highly preferred by demanders, so it is expected to attract high interest from buyers."

To prevent the spread of COVID-19, the model house will operate by advance reservation from December 3 to 12 for 10 days. Reservations can be made through the website, and thorough quarantine measures such as periodic disinfection, social distancing compliance, and non-contact consultations will be implemented to ensure visitors can safely tour. A cyber model house will also be operated simultaneously.
