Jungheung Construction is opening the model house for 'Duryu Jungheung S-Class Centum Foret' in Dalseo-gu, Daegu on the 3rd and starting sales.

The complex, supplied through the Dalja03 District Housing Redevelopment Project (around 819 Duryu-dong, Dalseo-gu, Daegu), consists of 7 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 29 above-ground floors, with a total of 454 units of 59, 84, and 103㎡. Among these, 270 units will be available for general sale. The number of units by type for general sale is △59㎡ 14 units △84㎡A 119 units △84㎡B 125 units △103㎡ 12 units.

Applications will begin with special supply on December 13, followed by first priority for the relevant area on the 14th, first priority for other areas on the 15th, and second priority on the 16th. The cyber model house will be available on the sales website, and entry to the model house will be allowed only by prior reservation to prevent COVID-19. Move-in is scheduled for December 2024.
