According to the Korea Meteorological Administration, the lowest morning temperature on the 3rd is expected to be between -3 and 7 degrees Celsius, and the highest daytime temperature between 3 and 13 degrees Celsius. On the morning of the 2nd, the lowest temperature ranged from -8.9 to 3.2 degrees Celsius, and the highest daytime temperature was between 2.2 and 10 degrees Celsius.

The expected lowest morning temperatures by region are Seoul 0°C, Chuncheon -2°C, Daejeon 3°C, Gwangju 4°C, Daegu 0°C, Busan 6°C, and Jeju 8°C. The expected highest daytime temperatures are Seoul 4°C, Chuncheon 5°C, Daejeon 7°C, Gwangju 9°C, Daegu 8°C, Busan 12°C, and Jeju 14°C.

In the Seoul metropolitan area, rain or snow is expected between midnight and 6 a.m. on the 3rd. The Korea Meteorological Administration also forecasts rain or snow in the early morning or morning in inland Gangwon, Chungcheong region, Jeonbuk, northern Jeonnam, and Jeju.
