[Asia Economy Reporter Han Jinju] The Korea Council for University Education will allow entry only to those who have made online reservations in advance for the '2022 Academic Year Regular Admission Information Fair' held over three days starting from the 16th. Only examinees who have completed vaccination or have confirmed negative PCR test results, as well as university officials, will be allowed entry.
On the 2nd, the Council announced that the 'Regular Admission Information Fair,' with participation from 129 universities, will be held from the 16th to the 18th at COEX, 1st floor, Hall A, Seoul.
This regular university admission information fair will be operated in two sessions: Part 1 (10:00 AM to 1:00 PM) and Part 2 (2:00 PM to 5:00 PM), with ventilation and disinfection of the exhibition hall during the break time (1:00 PM to 2:00 PM).
In compliance with the government's COVID-19 prevention guidelines, the simultaneous number of entrants inside the exhibition hall will be limited to one person per 6㎡, and only those who have made online reservations in advance will be allowed entry.
Advance reservations will begin on the 4th at 10:00 AM on a first-come, first-served basis through the university admission information fair website, with a limit of one ticket per person.
Entry to the fair is restricted to examinees who have completed vaccination or have confirmed negative PCR test results, and university officials. Examinees must carry their admission ticket or CSAT score report as proof. For those unvaccinated, a negative PCR test certificate can be substituted, but only documents issued within 72 hours will be accepted.
At each participating university's consultation booth, admission-related professors, staff, and admission officers will participate to provide customized counseling based on the university's admission results. Special zones such as the ‘Comprehensive University Admission Information Center,’ where visitors can directly search for admission information of their desired universities, will also be operated.
