On the 2nd, SK Chemicals held a board meeting and announced that it had reorganized its portfolio to focus on eco-friendly material businesses such as green chemicals (chemical) and recycling copolyester. Additionally, the Life Science (pharmaceutical) business conducted personnel changes focusing on expanding new business pipelines through open innovation.
SK Plasma is reported to have made small-scale personnel changes focusing on discovering growth engines by accelerating overseas businesses such as the Singapore blood products business.
Meanwhile, this year SK Group established personnel committees for each affiliate to lead ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management, conducting independent personnel reviews for each affiliate, including evaluations of CEOs and key executives.
