Action Square Launches Early Access for Global Anticipated Title 'Anvil'

[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Action Square announced on the 2nd that it has released its global new console PC platform shooting action game ‘ANVIL’ through Steam (Early Access), Xbox console (Game Preview), and Xbox Game Pass, and has unveiled gameplay footage.

‘ANVIL’ is a top-down shooting action game that allows players to choose from various characters, supports real-time multiplayer, and progresses through stages cooperatively with multiple players using a roguelike system.

This Early Access is simultaneously available on Steam, Xbox, and the cloud gaming platform Xbox Game Pass, featuring a ‘cross-play’ system that enables real-time multiplayer between users on different platforms, Steam and Xbox.

The gameplay video released alongside the Early Access showcases the fun elements of ‘ANVIL,’ thrilling in-game action scenes, dazzling moves, and introductions to various characters, raising players’ expectations.

Previously, ANVIL underwent a final global test last month to ensure in-game stability and smooth gameplay, completing final preparations for seamless user experience. Improved content reflecting feedback collected from global users through multiple playtests during the development period has been implemented.
