Paradise Hotel & Resort, 'Festive Week Gourmet' Promotion

[Asia Economy Reporter Yuri Kim] Paradise announced on the 2nd that its flagship hotels and resorts will hold the 'Festive Week Gourmet' promotion for the year-end season.

Paradise City will operate a premium buffet at its buffet restaurant 'On the Plate' from the 13th to the 31st. Guests can enjoy lunch and dinner special menus featuring premium dishes such as lobster tail, steamed scallops, Peking duck, menbosha, and mala crayfish. At the Italian restaurant 'La Scala,' a special dinner by Chef Checato will be prepared. From the 23rd to January 2nd of next year, special lunch and dinner courses will be offered along with wine pairing menus selected by La Scala. A gala dinner will also be held on the 17th, featuring an 8-course menu by Chef Checato paired with five types of natural wines carefully selected by a sommelier.

At 'Lounge Paradise,' from the 23rd to January 9th of next year, a year-end special menu and a retro-style Gaehangno beer set will be offered as a to-go box. The set includes salad, a main dish, and beer. Additionally, Paradise City will sell an in-room dining alcohol set available only in December. Guests can enjoy a set menu of red wine, white wine, and champagne through room service.

Paradise Hotel Busan will hold a year-end special buffet at 'On the Plate' from the 17th to January 2nd of next year. The buffet offers a variety of healthy dishes such as herbal health rice, ginseng yuzu salad, and grilled deodeok, as well as juicy grilled dishes like French rack lamb, LA galbi, and roast beef. The bakery 'Paradise Boutique' on the first floor of the main building will present Christmas cakes. There are eight types in total, including the 'Strawberry Tree' decorated with fresh strawberries and the 'Green Tea Tree' coated with rich green tea cream. Pre-orders are accepted by phone only until the 12th, and the pickup period is from the 17th to the 26th.

From the 10th to the 31st, a 'Short Video Event' will also be held. The theme is 'Happy Moments at Paradise,' where participants film a short video within 15 seconds and upload it to their personal Instagram account with the required hashtags. Prizes such as L'Occitane holiday calendars, one-night accommodation vouchers, and 'On the Plate' meal vouchers will be awarded through a draw. Any guest staying in December can participate, and winners will be announced individually in January of next year.
