A representative from his agency SM C&C told Asia Economy on the 1st, "Kim Suro tested negative in a preemptive polymerase chain reaction (PCR) test conducted on the 26th of last month before filming the drama 'From Today, We'." They added, "He continued filming on the 27th and 28th, but after feeling unwell on the 29th, he was tested again and received a positive result on the 30th."

Kim Suro received the Janssen vaccine last summer and is known as a case of 'breakthrough infection.' The agency representative said, "Kim Suro was diagnosed with COVID-19 just before receiving his booster shot this week." They also stated, "He is currently self-isolating at home and had no other schedules besides the drama."

As a result, a red light has been turned on for the filming of the drama 'From Today, We.' Co-stars Lim Soo-hyang, Sung Hoon, and Hong Eun-hee breathed a sigh of relief after testing negative in PCR tests conducted on the 30th of last month.
