DB HiTek's Kim Sang-kwon and Kang Jeong-ho Promoted to Vice Presidents

Executive Appointments Including Promotion of Directors Cho Cheol-ho, Kim Jae-seung, and Shim Cheon-man

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Heung-soon] DB HiTek announced on the 1st that it has promoted Executive Directors Kim Sang-kwon and Kang Jeong-ho to Vice Presidents, respectively, and appointed Executive Directors Jo Cheol-ho, Kim Jae-seung, and Shim Cheon-man as new executives in its regular executive personnel reshuffle.

Vice President Kim joined DB HiTek in 2000 and served as head of the Process Technology Team, Quality Assurance Team, and Purchasing Team before being promoted to Executive Director in 2013. Since then, he has held key positions managing production fabs such as Fab 1 and Fab 2, and with this personnel change, he will concurrently serve as Head of the Production Headquarters and Fab 2 Manager.

Vice President Kang joined DB HiTek in 1997 and served as head of the Process Management Team, Quality Assurance Team, and PI (Polyimide) Team before being promoted to Executive Director in 2014. He then served as Head of Quality Management and Head of Product Technology, and since last year, he has been leading the Brand Business Headquarters.

Executive Director Jo joined DB HiTek in 2007 and worked as a process engineer, and since last year, he has been leading the PI1 Team. Executive Director Kim joined DB HiTek in 1999 and worked as a unit process engineer, and since 2016, he has been leading the Fab1 Manufacturing Technology 2 Team. Executive Director Shim joined DB HiTek in 2004 and worked as a development engineer, then took on a leadership role in the Marketing Team from 2013, and has been leading the Strategic Marketing Part since early this year.
