Hanyang's 'Sujain' Brand Renewal Leads to Consecutive Successes in Busan and Incheon

[Asia Economy Reporter Ryu Taemin] Hanyang continued its sales success in Busan and Incheon after renewing its housing brand 'Sujain'. With differentiated products and highly complete designs attracting strong interest from consumers, the value of the Sujain brand is rising.

Hanyang announced on the 1st that the 'Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain' in Block 21 of Eco Delta City, Gangseo-gu, Busan, consisting of 554 households (exclusive area 102~132㎡), has completed 100% contracts. On the 2nd of last month, the first priority (local area) subscription received a total of 10,914 applications, closing all types with an average competition rate of 22.6 to 1. Subsequently, contracts with the winners were completed from the 22nd, finalizing contracts for all households.

The residential officetel supplied in Block B5-2 of Cheongna International Financial District, Seo-gu, Incheon, also recorded fierce subscription competition. On the 30th of last month, the 'Cheongna Hanyang Sujain Destin' subscription held on the Korea Real Estate Board's subscription home attracted 27,377 applications for 702 units (exclusive area 84㎡), recording an average competition rate of 39.0 to 1. For the 84㎡A type with 234 units, 15,809 applications were received, pushing the highest competition rate up to 67.6 to 1.

These complexes are significant as successive successful sales following the Sujain brand renewal in July. Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain is the first complex to apply the renewed Sujain brand by Hanyang this year, followed by attracting consumer attention in the metropolitan area through the residential officetel Cheongna Hanyang Sujain Destin. Notably, it is the first to apply the pet name 'Destin', used for ultra-high-rise residential-commercial complexes, drawing attention.

Differentiated products and designs also stand out. Eco Delta City Hanyang Sujain maximizes lighting and ventilation with an all 4-bay structure, and depending on the type, offers a pantry, large dressing room, and entrance storage. Additionally, the variable wall allows space configuration according to lifestyle, which is an advantage. All households are mainly arranged facing southeast and southwest, with plans to secure wide distances between buildings by placing a central plaza and themed yard. The 'Six Zones' system, which reduces fine dust by dividing the interior into six zones, will also be applied.

A Hanyang official said, "We will do our best to repay customers who trusted and chose Sujain with a highly complete complex by mobilizing all the know-how Hanyang has accumulated so far."

The winners of the Cheongna Hanyang Sujain Destin subscription will be announced on the 3rd, and contracts with the winners will be conducted over four days from the 6th to the 9th.
