Vice President Jin Hyun-gi, a 'Field Expert', Appointed President of Shindong-A Construction

[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Hyemin] Shindonga Construction announced on the 1st that it has conducted a regular personnel reshuffle promoting Vice President Jin Hyun-gi to President.

Newly appointed President Jin is from Hongcheon, Gangwon Province, and joined Shindonga Construction in 1982. He is a 'field expert' who has worked exclusively on-site for over 30 years. After serving as Executive Director and Senior Executive Director of the Technology Headquarters, he has been Vice President since 2017. In September last year, he was awarded the Silver Tower Industrial Medal at the '2020 Construction Technicians Day Commemorative Merit Awards,' and after assuming the CEO position in February this year, he was promoted to President in this regular personnel reshuffle.

A Shindonga Construction official stated, "In response to rapidly changing management environments, we have conducted promotions for nine people to establish next year's management strategy early and to stabilize and innovate the organization."
