Seongdong-gu Urban Management Corporation Executive Director Sent to Prosecution for Sexual Harassment of Woman on Subway

According to the police on the 30th, the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency's subway police unit applied charges including sexual harassment in a crowded public place under the Special Act on the Punishment of Sexual Crimes and sent Mr. A, the executive director of the Urban Management Corporation under Seongdong-gu Office, to the prosecution on the 10th of this month.

Mr. A, who has been serving as the executive director since around July this year, is known to have been investigated by the police on suspicion of sexually harassing a woman in her 20s on the subway at Wangsimni Station.
