[Asia Economy Reporter Kim Soyoung] Song Young-gil, leader of the Democratic Party of Korea, urged a 'Relay Campaign to Truly Understand Lee Jae-myung,' saying, "We need to study and analyze the party's official presidential candidate more in order to promote and persuade the public."

On the 29th, Song wrote on his Facebook, "There are 100 days left until the day we hire a worker to lead the Republic of Korea for the next five years," expressing this sentiment.

He opened by saying, "As soon as I open my eyes at dawn, I check the number out of habit now. D-100! The number of days left until March 9, the presidential election day. I attach deep meaning to the number 100," adding, "100 days, 100 years, 100 years old, 100 times, 100-day prayer. The number 100 is full of the meaning of 'completion.'"

He continued, "There are foods that rot over time and foods that ferment. We say the rotten state is spoiled, and the fermented state is ripened," and added, "Similarly, there are humans who ferment over time and those who rot. I will devote all my efforts to ensuring that candidate Lee Jae-myung ferments well over the next 100 days. We will reflect, reconsider, and change. Both the candidate and the Democratic Party will reflect on their shortcomings and humbly listen to the people."

He emphasized, "When a company selects a CEO, how much do shareholders and directors study and verify the candidates? The people, who are the owners of the country, must analyze and study the candidates to choose their representative workers."

He also said, "Among Native Americans, instead of saying 'I love you,' they say 'I know you.' To understand Lee Jae-myung, I read the words and writings he has conveyed," adding, "When you love, you come to know, and when you know, you see. What you see then will be different from before."

Leader Song concluded, "My wife read candidate Lee Jae-myung's book and said her thoughts about him changed a lot. So my wife suggested the 'Relay Campaign to Truly Understand Lee Jae-myung,' and I am posting this," and added, "I recommend the book .
