[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Jun-kyung] Wando Office of Education announced on the 29th that it conducted the ‘2021 School Civil Complaint Response Staff Courtesy Training’ for school civil complaint response staff at the Office of Education’s main conference room.
The training was held to improve awareness of customer-centered courteous administrative services in response to changes in the administrative environment and to create a bright and lively workplace atmosphere with courteous smiles and healthy expressions.
The lecture, titled ‘Hyperconnected Society, Uncontact Transparently’ by Lim Geun-hee, director of the Korea Integrity Culture Research Institute, began with education on satisfying civil complainants’ satisfaction and the value of courtesy amid the COVID-19 situation.
It also delivered key content to provide civil complaint response services that meet customer demands, such as improving non-face-to-face response skills and identifying areas for improvement in each customer response process.
Superintendent Seo Jang-pil stated, “With the belief that 1% positive courtesy awareness creates 100% courteous image, we will enhance courtesy awareness,” and added, “Through continuous courtesy training, we will improve the quality of civil complaint services and create a Wando education environment that realizes consideration and communication by fostering a courteous workplace atmosphere.”
