[Asia Economy Reporter Seo So-jung] Boryung A&D Medical has formed a partnership with 'Philife Health,' a global company specializing in the development and manufacturing of nebulizers, to expand its medical device portfolio and has launched market penetration as the official partner in Korea.
A nebulizer is a medical device that helps inhale liquid medication by vaporizing it so that it can reach the lungs, and it is most important that the medication is sprayed uniformly in fine particle sizes. PureNep sprays medication uniformly with an average particle size of 3.5 microns. The particle size that does not burden breathing and alveoli ranges between 1 and 5 microns.
The 'PureNep' supplied by Boryung A&D Medical is equipped with a dual mode that allows users to adjust the spray volume as desired, and enhances usability with USB charging. It is lightweight (109.5g), easy to carry, and produces low noise, allowing use anytime and anywhere without restrictions.
The package configuration is also reasonable. Two meshes, which need to be replaced after a certain period of use, are provided. The mesh is a fine vibrating plate that atomizes liquid medication into gas using ultrasound. Additionally, 'adult and pediatric masks' and a 'mouthpiece' are provided so that users can use the product according to their age and characteristics.
Park Se-jin, team leader of the Sales and Marketing Team at Boryung A&D Medical, said, "Because the nebulizer delivers medication directly to the lungs, it has excellent immediate effects and is an effective medical device not only for chronic respiratory diseases but also for treating acute respiratory diseases such as colds, pneumonia, and influenza."
