Additionally, Action Square revealed the game token 'ACT2CO' (tentative name), which will be used in its games including 'Blade: RE.ACTION', onboarding the WEMIX platform.
The new title 'Blade: RE.ACTION' will be onboarded on Wemade's blockchain platform WEMIX and will be serviced globally except for Korea, Mainland China, and Singapore, with a planned release in the first half of next year.
This project marks the first official move following the announcement of a strategic equity investment and partnership between Action Square and Wemade, and it is the first case where Action Square's game token is issued on the WEMIX platform. Through this, users can earn 'ACT2CO' (tentative name) simply by enjoying 'Blade: RE.ACTION'. The token can be used to purchase or trade game items and exchange for WEMIX credits to access various content such as NFTs.
Moreover, 'ACT2CO' (tentative name) will support exchange to WEMIX via the WEMIX platform's DEX exchange system and allow swapping with various game tokens within the WEMIX ecosystem, providing a unique experience exclusive to P2E games.
The new title 'Blade: RE.ACTION' is the latest installment continuing the legacy of Action Square's flagship IP 'Blade' series, boasting high-quality graphics, overwhelming action, and impactful combat. Utilizing the development capabilities and know-how honed through titles like Samguk Blade, Blade 2, and ANVIL, it will showcase an upgraded combat system and enhanced action gameplay.
Meanwhile, 'Blade: RE.ACTION' aims for a global launch in the first half of next year, and information about the game and the game token 'ACT2CO' (tentative name) will be disclosed later through the official website and other channels.
