[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Douzone Bizon announced on the 29th that it signed a business agreement with Shinhan Card (CEO Lim Young-jin) on the 26th at Douzone Eulji Tower in Jung-gu, Seoul, to promote future-oriented digital finance.
This agreement establishes a broad mutual cooperation system between an ICT leading company recognized as a digital transformation (DX) pioneer and the top card company in the domestic market share. Both companies focus on enhancing customer efficiency through data convergence and share a common goal of realizing corporate digital transformation, which is expected to create synergy in various areas.
Based on the business agreement, the two companies plan to expand various joint projects under a close cooperation system. They will also promote data-based businesses through data convergence, analysis, and distribution. Douzone Bizon intends to develop a corporate-specialized credit evaluation model by linking and analyzing its corporate data with Shinhan Card’s financial data.
The two companies will also discuss cooperation plans for differentiated product development, aiming to launch a PLCC (Private Label Credit Card) exclusively for Douzone Bizon corporate clients in February next year. The focus will be on developing a product that enables one-stop service from card issuance to usage verification and tax processing for Douzone Bizon corporate clients.
In the future, through the combination of financial and non-financial data, they will continuously cooperate to customize auto finance, rental, loans, and expand a corporate-specialized lineup tailored to corporate client needs.
