Cloud Data Box is a comprehensive analysis service that allows multi-faceted analysis of Naver data in a secure big data analysis environment to discover business insights.
The available Naver data includes data inflows for Naver Shopping, search, and artificial intelligence (AI) training, enabling users to utilize the data diversely according to their business purposes.
In particular, it provides end-to-end services including infrastructure necessary for data analysis, customized analysis, and linked services, including large volumes of Naver data. Users who do not possess data or are unfamiliar with analysis can easily utilize it, and users with high-level analytical capabilities can also establish optimized marketing strategies.
In the e-commerce and distribution sectors, precise market and consumer trend analysis, measurement of product interest within online platforms, understanding of one’s own brand and product awareness, and comparison of competitor brand and product awareness are possible. In the financial sector, it enables prediction of potential customers’ interests in financial products, planning of new products based on customer interests, segmentation of consumption tendencies, and development of recommendation models for diversifying MyData services.
Data Forest is an integrated big data analysis platform built on Naver’s technological capabilities. It provides open-source libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch for machine learning, and various open-source frameworks based on Hadoop for big data analysis.
It offers an analysis environment capable of deep learning analysis using graphic processing unit (GPU) resources, as well as a big data ecosystem necessary for storing and processing large-scale data. Users can also easily and quickly configure their own analysis environment by creating various big data frameworks as apps.
Additionally, batch processing can be performed in a serverless environment based on usage without separate infrastructure setup, and a stable Hadoop cluster environment is provided with high availability and security technologies applied.
