‘Sacheon Samjeong Green Core Forest,’ a new apartment complex attracting attention as the first supply in Sacheon City, Gyeongnam in three years, opened its model house on November 26 and began its sales schedule.


This complex is located in Sanam-myeon, Sacheon City, right in front of KAI (Korea Aerospace Industries, Ltd.). It consists of 19 buildings ranging from 2 basement floors to 15 above-ground floors, with a total of 1,295 units. The units are composed of 533 units of 59㎡ in 3 types, 424 units of 76㎡ in 3 types, 278 units of 84㎡ in 3 types, and 60 units of 125㎡.


The subscription schedule is as follows: special supply on December 8, first priority on December 9, and second priority on December 10, with the announcement of winners on December 17.


The complex will feature industry-leading community facilities. The community center, ‘Forest Square,’ is divided into three zones: Sports Center, Culture Center, and Educare Center. The Sports Center includes a fitness room, Pilates room, GX room, and indoor golf practice range. The Culture Center is equipped with a table tennis room, clubroom, community rooms (VR, coin karaoke, billiards, etc.), and a guest house. The Educare Center offers a small library (book caf?), reading rooms (male and female), study caf?, moms’ caf? (kids’ room), and multi-purpose rooms, providing an ideal foundation for communal living for residents.


Another notable advantage is that it is an eco-friendly apartment. It features specialized landscaping facilities that are more than twice the legally required area, equivalent to the size of three soccer fields. Additionally, the 480,000㎡ ‘Sajuyongdang Urban Development District,’ which includes residential facilities, neighborhood parks, and schools, is planned to be developed adjacent to the site. The ‘Marine Aviation Mobility Complex,’ scheduled for completion next year, will be located nearby, accelerating regional development. As a result, housing demand is increasing along with job creation, raising interest in new apartment supply.


The transportation network is well established. Residents can quickly travel in and out of the city via Sacheon-daero and Sacheon IC, reaching major areas of Jinju within about 20 minutes. Samjeong Enterprise, the construction company, is one of the leading construction firms in the Busan area, celebrating its 36th anniversary this year. Having supplied over 30,000 apartment units nationwide and awarded the Geumtap Industrial Medal in 2015, the company emphasizes that it has devoted great effort to the product quality.


The 1,295-unit large complex, consisting of 19 buildings, is designed with south-facing and slab-type layouts considering wind paths, minimizing interference between units to ensure comfort and sunlight exposure.


The 59㎡ to 84㎡ units are supplied with wide 4-bay layouts, and the 125㎡ units with 5-bay layouts, featuring innovative spacious floor plans. Each type includes enhanced storage designs such as alpha rooms, pantries, and dressing rooms for added convenience. Additionally, the top floors of each unit offer duplex attic spaces, allowing top-floor residents to enjoy more spacious areas, along with private terrace spaces for relaxation and leisure.


Sacheon City is a non-regulated area where anyone aged 19 or older can apply for subscription, including all household members, and multi-homeowners are also eligible. There are no resale restrictions, so the sales rights can be transferred immediately after the contract.
