[Asia Economy Reporter Yoo Hyun-seok] Huseuntek, a defense industry specialist company listed on KOSDAQ, has rebutted the appraisal report submitted by J&HT.
Recently, J&HT stated, based on an appraisal report from the Korea Document Appraisal Institute, that "the seal impression on the recipient field of the receipt voucher and the seal impression on the corporate seal section of Huseuntek's seal certificate are highly likely to be the same."
On the 26th, a Huseuntek official said they obtained the appraisal report submitted by J&HT from the bankruptcy court and requested a re-examination from the Central Seal and Handwriting Appraisal Institute.
The company explained, "As a result, we received a review opinion stating that it is inappropriate to use the seal impression on the printed corporate seal certificate, rather than the seal impression from the actual corporate seal stamp collected as the comparison target."
The Central Seal and Handwriting Appraisal Institute stated, "The seal impression on the seal certificate used as the comparison target shows significant changes during the scanning and printing process compared to the actual seal impression in the seal register, making it inappropriate as a comparison target to determine identity," and added, "The seal impression stamped on the right side of the seal certificate used as the comparison target is a different seal impression that does not match the corporate seal impression currently used by Huseuntek, making it difficult to recognize it as a comparison target for verifying identity."
Based on the re-examination opinion from the Central Seal and Handwriting Appraisal Institute, a Huseuntek official emphasized, "The appraisal report submitted by J&HT is fundamentally flawed in the selection of the comparison target."
