Kolon Global announced that it plans to supply 'Gumi Indong Haneulchae The Urban' in the Inui-dong area of Gumi-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do in December.
The complex consists of 4 buildings, ranging from 2 basement floors to a maximum of 29 floors above ground, with exclusive areas of 76 to 84㎡, totaling 291 households. This is the first phase of two complexes, and when approximately 900 households are additionally supplied in 2022, it will form a large-scale Haneulchae brand town with a total of about 1,200 households.
Since the complex is located in the center of Gumi's original downtown, transportation, education, and living infrastructure are already well established. First, it is adjacent to Namgumi IC, providing good access to the metropolitan transportation network, and its bridge location connects the Gumi Songjeong area and the expansion complex area, making travel to Gumi Gangseo area, Ok-gye, and the expansion complex convenient. In particular, Gumi-si is closest to Chilgok in Gyeongbuk and Daegu, so accessibility to these areas is also favorable.
Within walking distance around the complex are Indong Elementary School, Inui Elementary School, Indong High School, as well as Gumi Electronics Information High School, and the academy districts of Gupyeong-dong and Jinpyeong-dong, providing a solid educational environment. Additionally, convenience facilities such as the Inui-dong central commercial district and Jinpyeong food specialty street are available nearby, along with proximity to ecological parks like Geomseongji, Majeji, and Cheonsaengsan.
Gumi Indong Haneulchae The Urban is a new apartment supplied in Inui-dong, Gumi-si for the first time in 15 years. Inui-dong is located near the Gumi National Industrial Complex (2nd and 3rd complexes), allowing residents to enjoy the premium of living close to their workplace.
The premium of a large-scale brand complex is also expected. Kolon Global, a brand that won the Presidential Award in the multi-family housing category at the Korea Architecture Culture Awards, is actively supplying Haneulchae brand apartments this year in Seoul, Daejeon, Busan, and Gangneung.
Another point of interest is that it is being supplied in a non-regulated area. Anyone aged 19 or older who has held a subscription account for more than 6 months and meets the deposit requirements for each housing type is eligible for first priority, whether they are the head of the household or a household member. There are no restrictions on re-winning, and loan regulations are less strict. After full payment of the contract deposit, resale of the pre-sale rights is also possible.
The model house for Gumi Indong Haneulchae The Urban, scheduled to open in December, will be operated near the site.
