Unsold Housing Inventory and Sales Price Index Trends in Eumseong-gun

The first apartment supply in Seongbon Industrial Complex, Eumseong-gun, Chungcheongbuk-do, will begin this December.

According to the industry on the 26th, the first place to start sales in the Eumseong Enterprise Complex City is 'Eumseong Prugio The First' in B3 Block. It is a large complex with a total of 1,048 households ranging from 74 to 110㎡ in exclusive area, marking the first major brand complex supplied in Eumseong-gun in over 10 years and the first complex in the first-tier brand town to be established in the Eumseong Enterprise Complex City.

In addition, 687 households in B5 Block are scheduled to be sold within this year, and by the end of next year at the earliest, a total of 4,942 households will be supplied, including 675 households in B1 Block, 875 households in B2 Block, 1,027 households in B4 Block, and 630 households in B6 Block. Among these, brand complexes from top 10 construction companies such as Daewoo Construction and GS Construction (planned) will be built in B1, B2, and B3 Blocks.

According to the Korea Real Estate Board, the sales price index in Eumseong-gun rose about 6.8% over one year, from 96.4 in October last year to 103.2 in October this year. The 'Chungbuk Innovation Richville' with an exclusive area of 84㎡ in Maengdong-myeon, which was traded at 250 million to 270 million KRW at the end of last year, was traded this month at 420 million KRW, more than 150 million KRW higher.

The number of unsold households in Eumseong-gun is also decreasing. According to the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport's Statistics Nuri unsold housing status, as of the end of September, the number of unsold households in Eumseong-gun was 128. This is a declining trend in unsold inventory, which had accumulated to more than 1,000 households until the end of 2018.

Meanwhile, the Eumseong Enterprise Complex City confirmed its promotion plan in July 2013, started land sales in June 2018 after about five years, and is now finishing land sales and preparing for apartment sales.
