[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Kang Saerom] The Gyeongsangnam-do Office of Education announced on the 26th that it has awarded appointment letters to seven members of the 6th Integrity Ombudsman.

The Integrity Ombudsman, who investigates corruption related to duties from a neutral standpoint, proposes solutions to problems, and recommends corrections and improvements to unreasonable administrative systems, is composed of seven members including legal professionals, university professors, and school operation committee members.

In this meeting, in addition to sharing practical work, in-depth discussions were held on revitalizing operations.

Auditor Lee Minjae said, “We will always communicate for transparent education in Gyeongnam and create an integrity-based public service culture that residents can feel.”
