Koramco Energy REITs Acquires Gas Stations and Logistics Centers for 30 Billion KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Minwoo Lee] Koramco Energy REIT announced on the 25th that it has decided to acquire the entire warehouse facilities, including land and buildings, of the SK Networks Metropolitan Logistics Center and the entire land, buildings, and structures of Gwanggyo Hope Gas Station for 20 billion KRW and 10 billion KRW, respectively. This is for real estate leasing purposes. The scheduled acquisition dates are March 31 and 15 of next year, respectively.
