[Asia Economy Reporter Hyunseok Yoo] Smart optical tech company IL Science announced on the 25th that it has developed a home AIoT smart lighting platform called ‘KAILUX’.
IL Science’s ‘KAILUX’ is a system that builds a smart home environment by adjusting indoor lighting individually or in groups, based on AIoT (Artificial Intelligence of Things) technology that combines IoT (Internet of Things) and AI (Artificial Intelligence).
The system allows remote control not only of turning lighting devices on and off but also dimming to adjust brightness and controlling the color temperature of the light. It also features a timer function that enables lights to automatically turn on or off at the user’s desired time. Additionally, devices can be registered and controlled via a dedicated smartphone application, and voice recognition is supported through integration with existing AI speakers.
The company stated, “We plan to supply KAILUX to major construction companies, our key partners, and will continue to showcase innovative proptech-related technologies that we excel at, such as UVC smart lighting and fine dust security lights, while advancing AIoT technology.”
