Jiptos Launches '1 Billion N-Bbang' Youth Monthly Rent Support Event Worth 100 Million KRW

Jiptos Launches '1 Billion N-Bbang' Youth Monthly Rent Support Event Worth 100 Million KRW

[Asia Economy Reporter Tae-min Ryu] Real estate brokerage startup Jiptoss announced on the 25th that it will hold a youth monthly rent support event worth a total of 100 million KRW.

Jiptoss prepared the ‘100 Million N-Bbang’ event to ease the housing burden of young people returning to university as face-to-face classes resume with the phased recovery of daily life (With Corona). This is part of the ‘Jiptoss Seoul Youth Housing Support Campaign’ launched last month, aimed at reducing the housing burden of its main customers, young people in their 20s, and providing practical housing support.

Jiptoss plans to provide monthly rent support funds worth 100 million KRW, giving up to 500,000 KRW to 40 people each month. The target is 200 customers who sign monthly rent lease contracts at all 20 Jiptoss directly managed real estate branches from this month until March next year.

Contract customers are automatically entered into the event. Winners for each round will be announced monthly on Jiptoss’s official Instagram account through a fair drawing program. It is possible to participate simultaneously with the brokerage fee support event for discharged soldiers of the armed forces, which runs until the end of next month.

Starting with the youth housing event, Jiptoss plans to provide a highly satisfying house-hunting experience and establish itself as a housing partner for young people. Through this, it aims to lay the foundation for becoming a life-cycle real estate brokerage service for youth and expand into housing-related convenience services. The Seoul Youth Housing Support Campaign will be continuously enhanced to listen to young people’s housing concerns and provide timely housing support where needed.

The youth monthly rent support event is held simultaneously at all 20 Jiptoss directly managed real estate branches and can be participated in concurrently with the brokerage fee support event for discharged soldiers running until the end of next month. Detailed information can be found on the Jiptoss website, Jiptoss directly managed real estate branches, and official SNS accounts.

Jae-yoon Lee, CEO of Jiptoss, said, “Starting with the youth housing event, we will provide a highly satisfying house-hunting experience and establish ourselves as a housing partner for young people,” adding, “We will advance into a life-cycle real estate brokerage service for youth and expand into housing-related convenience services.”

He continued, “Starting with the experience of finding a home with Jiptoss, we will grow together as a directly managed brokerage service and housing partner that young people can rely on, making the process of finding a place to live an exciting journey.”
