[Asia Economy Reporter Lim Hye-sun] Dongwon Home Food announced on the 24th that it has signed a business agreement for food ingredient supply with Dunkay2S, which operates the handmade pork cutlet specialty franchise 'Dongmyeong Katsu.'
Through this agreement held on the 23rd at the Dongwon Industry Building in Seocho-gu, Seoul, Dongwon Home Food will supply food ingredients worth 5 billion KRW annually to over 100 'Dongmyeong Katsu' franchise stores operated by Dunkay2S nationwide.
'Dongmyeong Katsu' is a franchise brand operating over 100 stores nationwide. It is the first in Korea to introduce a pork cutlet takeout service and is characterized by a reasonable price of 3,300 KRW per serving. It uses 100% domestically sourced refrigerated meat and sells fresh pork cutlets under the concept of 'produced and sold on the same day.'
