Suncheon-si Operates Civil Complaint Officer Capacity Building Program That Citizens Can Experience


[Suncheon=Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Lee Hyung-kwon] Suncheon City, Jeollanam-do (Mayor Heo Seok) announced on the 23rd that it operated a capacity-building program on the 19th at the Traditional Wild Tea Experience Center for 35 civil servants in charge of direct civil service duties.


This program, designed to efficiently respond to various types of civil service demands and enhance the service capabilities of civil servants in charge of civil complaints, consisted of a self-diagnosis program for stress reduction and psychological stability, and a program to relieve stress caused by emotional labor, providing employees with a valuable opportunity for renewal amid high interest and positive response.


A clerk who participated in the program said, "With the gradual transition to daily recovery, it was a meaningful time for employees to communicate directly, harmonize, and heal their minds."


An official from the city stated, "On the 11th, we also invited professional instructors to conduct kindness and service training for 95 new and civil complaint officers. We will continue to discover and operate programs that enhance employees' kindness sensitivity and capabilities to provide high-quality civil service administration."
