Oh Jung-se and Ryu Hyun-kyung add fun with special appearances in 'Genre Only Romance,' which was released on the 17th.

In the film depicting the variety-filled private life of a bestselling author whose work and life become tangled after meeting people involved in an unprecedented romance, Oh Jung-se plays Nam-jin, an old friend and rival author of Hyun (Ryu Seung-ryong), a bestselling author who has been in a slump for seven years. Oh Jung-se showcases a short but intense presence with his bickering chemistry with Hyun.

Ryu Hyun-kyung appears as Hyun's current wife, Hye-jin, further enhancing the film's appeal. Her energetic acting reaches its peak during the so-called 'Living Room Battle,' where the tangled relationships among the characters come to a head. Delivering flavorful lines and engaging in a fierce physical fight, including grabbing hair with Oh Na-ra, who plays Hyun's ex-wife Mi-ae, she highlights the chemistry among the characters.
