[Asia Economy Yeongnam Reporting Headquarters, Trainee Reporter Hwang Du-yeol] Gyeongsangbuk-do is currently collecting free public opinions on the establishment of an integrated youth portal system, a representative space for young people.
With the increase in non-face-to-face activities due to COVID-19, the purpose is to launch a ‘customized integrated platform’ that enhances accessibility and convenience of youth policy services for local youth through online connections.
Opinions can be submitted from the 22nd until the 31st of next month via the bottom banner titled ‘Gyeongbuk Youth Portal, Waiting for Your Ideas!’ on the Gyeongbuk provincial website, with no restrictions on region or age.
Participants can freely provide their opinions without format restrictions by referring to the menu structure of the youth portal homepage, and if necessary, can also attach images or document files.
The youth platform will go beyond simply providing and promoting policies to allow applications and processing of various customized support services.
Gyeongsangbuk-do plans to enhance effectiveness by including unique content such as a psychological counseling space where users can receive mental healing on the platform.
Lee Cheol-woo, Governor of Gyeongbuk Province, said, “I hope the youth homepage will be reborn as a space for their workplace, resting place, and playground.”
