[Asia Economy Reporter Hwang Junho] Magic Micro announced on the 22nd in response to the Korea Exchange's inquiry disclosure request on September 21 of last year regarding the 'allegations of embezzlement and breach of trust by CEO Hyun and others (re-response)' that "after inquiring about the related matters to the CEO and others at the time of the initial inquiry disclosure request, we received a reply that no complaint documents have been received yet."
They added, "We will re-disclose as soon as the complaint documents are delivered in the future," and "We plan to take all necessary measures according to legal procedures regarding all matters following the receipt of the complaint documents and will actively cooperate with investigations by relevant authorities."
