Honam University Sarang Nanum Center Delivers Winter Supplies to Foreign Workers

[Asia Economy Honam Reporting Headquarters Reporter Cho Hyung-joo] Honam University Love Sharing Center (Director Jin Kyung-mi) announced on the 22nd that it attended the '2021 Winter Clothes Sharing' event for foreign workers held by the Gwangju Foreigners Welfare Center at Gwangju Damoa Children's Park on the 21st and delivered winter supplies.

Honam University collected about 100 winter coats and shoes from all faculty and staff from the 5th to the 15th to help foreign workers living in Gwangju have a warm winter, and donated them to the Foreigners Welfare Center on that day.

At the event, the Love Sharing Center's volunteer club 'Hosiki' and 'Grootugi' students also delivered 200 sets of cookies they made themselves for foreign workers spending winter in a foreign country, practicing warm sharing.
