Biolog Device, Vietnam Subsidiary Corporate Spin-off

[Asia Economy Reporter Junho Hwang] BioLog Devices announced on the 22nd that it will split into separate corporations by major business to efficiently operate its Vietnam site. Based on Vietnamese law, the subsidiary BLD Vina will be split by spin-off, with the surviving corporation, BLD Vina, responsible for manufacturing and processing mobile phone camera parts. The newly established corporation, BLD Vina Tech, will handle injection molding manufacturing and processing of mobile phone camera parts. The split date is set for the 30th of this month, and the registration date for the split is scheduled for the 20th of next month.
