[Photo] Oh Seung-rok, Nowon District Mayor, Attends Youth Club Presentation

[Asia Economy Reporter Jongil Park] On the 20th at 4:30 PM, Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, attended the Youth Club Presentation held at the Nowon District Office auditorium.

This presentation marked the conclusion of the year-long activities of the youth club ‘Majungmul Project’ and was organized to encourage the 66 youth clubs that participated in the project and to support their future.

The event began with an opening greeting by a youth MC, followed by a congratulatory performance and lecture by rapper Seo Chul-gu, who appeared on ‘High School Rapper’ and ‘Show Me the Money.’ It then proceeded with the introduction of guests, a greeting from the mayor, awards for outstanding clubs, and presentations and performances by the clubs.

Youth who actively participated in club activities in 2021 shared their achievements and reflections over the past year through prepared videos, cheerleading, dance, and vocal performances, and spent time building camaraderie by participating in events such as quiz competitions.

The presentation was conducted in compliance with quarantine rules to prevent the resurgence of COVID-19 and was live-streamed on YouTube for youths who could not attend.

Oh Seung-rok, Mayor of Nowon District, said, “I congratulate the Majungmul clubs for their wonderful activities throughout the year,” adding, “We will continue to actively support the creation of spaces where youth can relax and freely express their dreams and talents.”
