Users Worldwide Unable to Start Vehicles Due to Server Issues, Causing Inconvenience
Tesla's application (app) went down temporarily on the 19th (local time in the United States). This reportedly caused users around the world to be unable to start their vehicles.
According to major foreign media on the 20th, many drivers experienced inconvenience as the Tesla app was inaccessible. Tesla allows starting the engine through the app without a key, and on this day, such issues were reported in various countries including the United States, Canada, Denmark, and Germany.
In South Korea, when a user tweeted, "I tried to access my Tesla Model 3 through the iPhone app in Seoul, but it showed a server error," Tesla CEO Elon Musk responded on Twitter, saying, "It seems to be a problem caused by increased network traffic," and added, "We apologize. We will ensure this does not happen again."
