"Sema Station Lotte Castle Traum" closed its subscription with a total of 10,932 applications for 546 units during the subscription period from the 17th to the 18th, resulting in an average competition rate of 20.02 to 1. The penthouse type recorded the highest competition rate of 36.83 to 1, while the 84㎡ (exclusive area) type had an average competition rate of 24.69 to 1.
"Sema Station Lotte Castle Traum" consists of three buildings ranging from five basement floors to 28 above-ground floors, located at 592-4 Segyo-dong, Osan-si, with a total of 546 units in 69㎡, 79㎡, and 84㎡ exclusive areas.
Despite being a large complex with 546 units in a sales market currently undergoing adjustment due to consecutive loan regulations and interest rate hikes, the average competition rate of 20.02 to 1 is considered a successful outcome.
A sales official stated, "Sema Station Lotte Castle Traum features high-level design and a high-end community center, and is located in an ultra-station area near Sema Station on Line 1, with Jukmi Park nearby, providing a pleasant residential environment. The location also offers future value with the knowledge industry center complex being developed around the site, which attracted significant interest."
Winners of the subscription will be announced on the 23rd through the Subscription Home website, and contracts with the winners will be conducted from the 25th to the 28th. The model house is located near Dongcheon Station on the Shinbundang Line, and a cyber model house is also being operated. Move-in is scheduled for December 2024.
