This lecture was prepared to help many executives learn about the IPO (Initial Public Offering) field so that they can develop their own competitiveness in the new future and competitive arena. It is designed for startup and small and medium venture company C-Level executives, practitioners preparing for listing, prospective entrepreneurs dreaming of going public, professionals such as accountants, lawyers, and management consultants, as well as financial sector workers.
The lecturer, CEO Jaejun Lee, has experience as the head of an investment advisory firm and in IR, PR, IPO, and fundraising consulting. He is currently serving as the CEO of AraFA. His major publications include "Challenge Now with the Goal of IPO," "Stock Study You Can Use for Life After Reading Just Once," and "ETF Investment That Brings Profits When Followed."
