The first priority subscription qualification requires a subscription savings account membership period exceeding 24 months, with at least 24 payments made or a subscription deposit amount meeting the standard amount. The subscription deposit must be paid up to the standard amount by the announcement date of the resident recruitment notice according to the exclusive area.
