[Asia Economy Reporter Jo Gang-wook] Daewoo E&C announced on the 15th that it plans to sell ‘Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent’ in November in the Hyo-mok-dong area of Dong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City.

‘Dongdaegu Prugio Briscent’ will be built on 430-4 Hyo-mok-dong, Dong-gu, Daegu Metropolitan City, consisting of 13 buildings with 2 basement floors to a maximum of 16 floors above ground, with a total of 794 households ranging from 78㎡ to 112㎡ in exclusive area. The number of households by area is △78㎡ exclusive area 138 households △84㎡ exclusive area 517 households △112㎡ exclusive area 139 households.

The complex is located in the Dongdaegu Station living area, which is emerging as a new center and a rising residential town in Daegu through urban maintenance projects, with concentrated infrastructure such as transportation, living, and education. Given its geographical location adjacent to Suseong-gu, it is expected to attract high interest from demanders.

For households with exclusive areas of 85㎡ or less (△78㎡ exclusive area 138 households △84㎡ exclusive area 517 households), 75% are allocated by the point system and 25% by lottery. For households with exclusive areas over 85㎡ (△112㎡ exclusive area 139 households), 30% are allocated by the point system and 70% by lottery. Therefore, demanders with low subscription scores can aim to secure homes not only in national housing size but also in medium to large households.

The first priority subscription qualification requires a subscription savings account membership period exceeding 24 months, with at least 24 payments made or a subscription deposit amount meeting the standard amount. The subscription deposit must be paid up to the standard amount by the announcement date of the resident recruitment notice according to the exclusive area.
